A moment of proud for us, India’s daughter Palak Sharma makes her mark in the list of World Aquatic Championship as India’s first female diver:

 The daughters of India are leaving no wonders by making their country proud through their active participation in every field. Palak Sharma, the resident of Indore, is the first female diver from India to be selected for the World Aquatic Championship 2024. This championship is going to be organized in Doha (Qatar) from 31st January to 10th February.
 The first female diver Palak Sharma has already brought glory to the country at the international level. In the year 2019, Palak Sharma made India proud across the world by winning two silver medals and one gold medal in the 10th Asian Age Group Championship.  Palak Sharma became the first female diver to win gold in the Asian Age Group Championship.
It was a moment of dream come true for Palak Sharma to play in the Olympics for India and win a gold medal for India. The World Aquatic Championship to be held in Doha (Qatar) will prove to be a pathway for her participation in the Olympics.
Palak Sharma is also the brand ambassador of the Prime Minister’s scheme Beti Bachao Beti Padhao and Indore Safe City. Palak Sharma was honored with the National Child Award by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the year 2021. Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan has also honored Palak Sharma with Eklavya Award, the highest award of Madhya Pradesh.
